Vehicle colors, condition, accessories, and features may appear different in person than shown in photos. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle or request additional information before making a purchase.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, title fees, registration fees, shipping, delivery, inspection charges, or any other applicable costs unless specifically stated.

A deposit may be required to hold a vehicle. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment including bank transfer, cashier’s check, financing, or other methods approved by our company.

4. Financing

Financing, if offered, is subject to credit approval and lender requirements. We do not guarantee financing approval. Interest rates, payment amounts, and loan terms may vary depending on the buyer’s credit profile and lender conditions.

5. New and Used Vehicle Sales

All used vehicles are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated in writing. This means the buyer accepts the vehicle in its current condition at the time of sale.

Any warranty offered on a vehicle will be clearly described in writing before purchase. New vehicles may include a manufacturer warranty, while certain used vehicles may qualify for a limited dealership warranty.

We recommend that all buyers inspect the vehicle and, if desired, obtain an independent mechanical inspection before completing the purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We may assist with vehicle shipping or delivery. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, transportation providers, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the vehicle.

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the buyer once the vehicle has been delivered or picked up.

7. Returns and Cancellations

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Once a vehicle has been purchased, titled, delivered, or picked up, it may not be returned.

Orders may only be canceled before shipment or transfer of ownership, and cancellation fees may apply.

By purchasing from us, you agree that:

You are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
You will provide accurate and complete information.
